Your order is usually ready for dispatch within 3 – 5 working days. Delivery times depend on the shipping partner and your place of residence. We therefore give a general delivery time of 5 – 7 working days. In other European countries, shipping times depend on the shipping partners there.

We rely on our partners DHL & UPS for shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are usually processed and delivered to DHL or UPS on the next business day. You will of course receive the appropriate tracking number by email for every order. Please keep an eye on your spam folder.

In very rare cases, unforeseen reasons may extend the delivery time of your order. In this case, we ask you to be patient, as most cases resolve themselves. However, if something has gone wrong, please feel free to contact us at any time: Help & Support.


The shipping costs for a standard package when ordering from the “Falki Knives” online shop are €0, as delivery is free with us. Please note that shipping costs may differ within the EU and internationally. Prices may also vary for packages that exceed a specific size. However, we always strive to offer you the best shipping conditions.


If something went wrong with your delivery or you would like to return products, we will of course be happy to assist you. Here's how you can best proceed:

  • Contact us
    In order to be able to respond to your concerns quickly and individually, you can contact us by email, via our social media channels or via WhatsApp.
  • Your order number
    So that we can assign and process your order directly, we need your order number. Please also let us know which products you would like to complain about.
  • Missing products
    If products are missing upon delivery, we always review photos and videos of the packing process to rule out possible errors and learn from them. If your package was damaged during transport, please let us know immediately so that we can contact our shipping partner.
  • Product return
    If you want to return products, we will be happy to provide you with a returns slip. Please note that you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. We also ask you to ensure that the products are well padded and securely packaged. As soon as we receive the package, we will check the products and refund your money immediately.
  • Excluded complaints
    Please note that products made specifically for you cannot be returned.
